Photo ID, insurance card (if you have one), and a list of any medications you're currently taking. Don't worry if you don't have insurance — we see patients with and without it every day.

Yes. Same-day emergency care is the entire reason we exist. We don't fit you in between cleanings because we don't do cleanings — every chair, every hour is reserved for emergencies like yours.
We welcome patients with or without dental insurance. We're a fee-for-service office and happily assist with out-of-network reimbursement claims. Financing through Cherry, Proceed, and CareCredit is also available.
After your exam and X-rays, we present a clear, written treatment plan with exact pricing — before any treatment begins. No surprise bills, ever.
Yes. While we specialize in same-day emergencies, you can book up to 7 days in advance online or by phone. We're open 9AM–8PM every single day, including weekends and holidays.
Leave a voicemail or call first thing in the morning when we open at 9AM. If it's a true medical emergency (difficulty breathing, severe facial swelling, trauma), call 911 or go to the nearest ER.
For most dental emergencies — no. Hospital ERs can only give you antibiotics and pain meds; they can't actually fix the tooth. You'll still need a dentist afterward. Come directly to us for real same-day treatment and skip the large ER bill.
