You can call us at (425) 864-7600 during business hours or book online 24/7. We're open 7 days a week, 9AM–8PM — including weekends and holidays.
Yes. Walk-ins are welcome during business hours. Calling ahead is still recommended because it allows our team to prepare for your arrival and may reduce your wait time.
We evaluate your concern with an exam and any necessary X-rays, explain what is causing the problem, review your treatment options, and discuss the cost before any treatment begins. When same-day treatment is clinically appropriate, our goal is to treat the problem during that visit.
Our emergency exam fee is $99. After the exam and any necessary X-rays, the doctor reviews your diagnosis, treatment options, and exact costs before treatment begins. You will always know the cost before you decide what to do.
We welcome patients with or without insurance. Prime Emergency Dental is a fee-for-service, out-of-network office. Payment is due at the time of service, and we can help provide documentation you may submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement depending on your plan.
Yes. We partner with Cherry, Proceed Finance, and CareCredit. We recommend starting with Cherry because it is fast, mobile-friendly, and often a strong fit for same-day emergency care.
Yes. Always. After your exam and X-rays, we review the recommended treatment and the complete cost before any procedure begins. No hidden fees. No surprise bills. You decide how to proceed with full information.
In most cases, yes. Our goal is to identify the source of the infection and provide definitive same-day treatment whenever clinically appropriate. Antibiotics may help control infection, but they usually do not permanently solve the source of a dental abscess. The tooth often needs treatment such as drainage, root canal therapy, or extraction.
Sometimes antibiotics are appropriate, but they are usually an adjunct, not the final treatment. A dental infection often comes from a tooth source that still needs to be treated. Our priority is to diagnose the source and recommend the appropriate same-day solution whenever possible.
If you have difficulty breathing, difficulty swallowing, severe facial swelling, high fever, or trauma, go to the ER or call 911. For most toothaches, the ER cannot perform dental treatment. They may provide medication, but you will still need a dentist to fix the source of the problem.
We treat severe toothaches, infections, abscesses, swelling, broken or cracked teeth, knocked-out teeth, lost crowns or fillings, wisdom tooth pain, emergency extractions, emergency root canals, and other urgent dental problems. If it is causing pain or concern, call us.
Please bring a photo ID, any dental insurance information if you have it, a list of medications, allergies, and any recent dental X-rays if available. Do not delay care if you do not have these items — we can still evaluate you.
We are open 7 days a week from 9AM to 8PM, including weekends and holidays. Dental pain does not wait for a weekday, and neither do we.
We are 100% focused on emergency dental care. We do not fit emergencies between routine cleanings — emergency care is our entire model. Our team, schedule, and systems are built around getting patients seen fast, diagnosed clearly, and treated the same day whenever possible.
