Yes, in many cases. If the doctor determines an antibiotic is clinically appropriate based on your symptoms, they can send a prescription electronically to your pharmacy. Prescribing is always at the doctor's clinical discretion.
No. Video sessions are not recorded. Your session is logged (date, time, duration) and the doctor completes a clinical note after every consult. Washington state law requires two-party consent for any recording.
The $69 consult fee covers the doctor's time and is non-refundable once the session has occurred. However, your $69 credit toward an in-office visit does not expire — use it any time you come in to Prime Emergency Dental.
Yes. We use Doxy.me, which is fully HIPAA-compliant and includes a signed Business Associate Agreement. All video is encrypted end-to-end. Payments are processed through Stripe with bank-level security.
